About him
Al-Fayez was born in 1945 in Manga, Jordan. He comes from the Bani Sakhr Bedouin tribe in Jordan.
Al-Fayez received his BA in Economics from Beirut Arab University (BAU) in 1969.
From that time until 1983, Al-Fayez worked in the private sector in America.
And in 1983 he began working in the public sector and held various government positions such as
Minister of Labour, Minister of State and Minister of Youth and Sports.
And the Minister of Interior, which he held for several years after the events of the Amman bombings in 2005.
Minister of State December 2001 – 14 January 2002.
Minister of Labor June 2000 – October 27 2001.
Medals and decorations
